Tap on the More icon and select Settings.Before that, they need to set up a private PIN. They can enable or disable it through the More menu. Once you reset the PIN you can’t ever restore them.
Now your PIN is reset, but you should know that doing this will delete all your previously hidden chats.
When you are ready to open the message, start Viber and go the Chats screen. Once you receive a hidden message, you’ll be notified with a blank notification, just stating you have a new message.
